All orders over $35, shipping within the USA, will ship for free! Please choose the appropriate shipping method at check out.
Sales tax is collected on all orders placed in New York.
We accept all major credit cards or check out with PayPal.
The time needed to produce your order ranges depending on product. During holiday or busy periods production times may vary, please reach out if you have any questions or concerns about your order!
Greeting Cards and Prints typically ship within 1-3 business days
Notepads, Keychains, or Die Cut Gift Tags may take 3-4 business days
- All orders ship via USPS First Class Mail or Priority. Shipping costs include a Tracking #, except for International card orders (see more below), which you will receive once your order ships.
- Please make sure your address is complete and up-to-date upon check out, I am not responsible for items returned back to me because of an incomplete/non-deliverable address or sent to the incorrect address.
- To expedite your order in the USA you can choose Priority Mail upon check out.
- All orders are shipped from New York. Orders shipping First Class Mail Package typically takes anywhere from 2-7 business days within the USA.
- Priority Mail takes an estimated 1-3 business days for delivery depending on destination, however, this is not guaranteed by the USPS and does not speed up the production time.
- International orders can take up to 4 weeks due to customs or delays going overseas. I will do my best to package and ship out orders in a timely manner, but cannot guarantee delivery times with the USPS.
- To keep shipping costs low for smaller orders I offer First Class International Letter shipping (no tracking) for $3.00 USD, which is good for individual greeting card and mini print orders. An upgrade to First Class International Package is available upon check out.
- All larger orders will ship First Class International Package due to size and weight restraints. Tracking is included, however, updates to the final destination is dependent on your local carrier.
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
- To add insurance or upgrade to Priority Mail feel free to contact me with your location so I can give you a shipping quote!
Returns & Cancellations
- If you are not happy with your order I will accept returns up to 14 days from the delivery date. The item must be sent back in its original condition and the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
- If you received the wrong item in your order I am happy to fix that, please shoot me an email with your order number.
- If your package is delayed with the carrier please reach out to your local post office first as they will be able to search for or provide you with more information on your package. If you still have not received any updates after 7 business days I am happy to file a claim with the USPS on your behalf!
- Requests to cancel orders must be made via email at most 24 hours from when your order was placed. During busy times orders are packed up quickly and once you receive shipping confirmation it can not be canceled.
