Every order we receive is carefully packed by hand! If you have any questions or concerns about your order please send an email to shop@tiffbits.com and include your order number.

Shop Break! Feb 1-Feb 19, 2024

The online shop will be on a break from 2/1-2/19, during this time no orders will be shipped until I return! I will get back to inquiries soon after the shop reopens, so please be patient if you need a response. You are still able to place orders while the shop is on break (to ship in the order they were received when I return). I greatly appreciate your support while I'm away as it allows me to keep this shop running! <3

Free Shipping Over $40!

All orders $40 and up, shipping within the USA, will ship for free via standard mail! No code required, choose the appropriate shipping method at check out.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax is collected on all orders shipped to New York.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple/Google Pay.

Production Times

The time needed to produce your order ranges depending on product. During holidays standard production times (below) may be extended, please reach out if you have any questions or concerns!

Most products ship within 1-4 business days depending on the size of your order. Larger orders may take closer to 3-4 business days.

Shipping

  • All orders ship via USPS standard mail. An upgrade to Priority Mail is available during check out.
  • Shipping costs include a tracking #, unless you choose the more affordable option with "no tracking" (indicated at checkout). This is only available for small sticker orders or International card orders (see below), and gets shipped with stamps the snail mail way!
  • Please make sure your address is complete and up-to-date upon check out, I am not responsible for items returned back to me because of an incomplete/non-deliverable address or sent to an incorrect address.

Delivery Times

  • All orders are shipped from New York City. Orders shipping standard mail typically takes anywhere from 2-7 business days within the USA.
  • Priority Mail takes an estimated 1-3 business days for delivery depending on destination, however, this is not guaranteed by the USPS and does not speed up the time needed to pack your order.
  • International orders can take up to 4 weeks (or longer) due to customs or delays going overseas. I will do my best to package and ship out orders in a timely manner, but cannot guarantee delivery times with the USPS or your local post. 
  • If your package is delayed please reach out to your local post office first as they will be able to search for or provide you with more information on your package. If you still have not received any updates after 10 business days (domestic) I am happy to file a claim with the USPS on your behalf!

International Shipping

  • To keep shipping costs low for small orders you can select standard International Letter shipping (no tracking), which is good for individual greeting card, sticker, and mini print orders. An upgrade to First Class International Package (with tracking) is also available upon check out.
  • All large orders will ship standard International Package due to size and weight restraints. Tracking is included, however, updates to the final destination is dependent on your local carrier.
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs or your local carrier.
  • Restrictions:
    • UK: Due to the new VAT laws I am only offering shipping to the UK with no tracking (mailed with stamps!) and are limited to placing small orders, only. If you'd like to place a larger order please visit my Etsy shop.
    • Germany: Due to the German Packaging Act (VerpackG) I cannot currently ship to Germany.

Returns & Cancellations

  • If you are not happy with your order I will accept returns up to 7 days from the delivery date. The item must be sent back in its original condition and the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
  • If you received the wrong item in your order I am happy to fix that, please send me an email with your order number.
  • If your package is delayed with the carrier please reach out to your local post office first as they will be able to search for or provide you with more information on your package. If you still have not received any updates after 10 business days (domestic) I am happy to file a claim with the USPS on your behalf!
  • Requests to cancel orders must be made via email within 24 hours from when your order was placed. However, once you receive shipping confirmation it can no longer be canceled.
